First time reporting/requesting anything, hope I don't step on anyone's toes...

Ages ago, I had a neat little addon that would hide all the blizzard action-bar frames and provide a key-binding to show them when I held the key pressed. Well, that addon broke ages ago and no-one has made anything similar that I could find since.

I noticed that Bartender has the next best thing, which is a alpha fade, that let's you make the bars invisible until moused-over.

I would humbly like to request the option to disable the fade in on mouse-over and instead have a key-binding to control fade-in. If there is one to toggle and one you have to keep pressed then all the awesomer! Yes I know that awesomer isn't an actual word.
